- Listings & calendars
- Guest messages & conversation history
- Financials & payouts
Ask your AI assistant "which reservations check in this weekend?" or "summarize this guest's thread" — and it answers from live Guesty data.
Planned, not yet available: a Pro tier would add write/action tools (send guest messages, update listings, manage reservations), and a 4-tool Enterprise IoT tier would add property-health monitoring. Today's free tier is read-only and is the only tier that can be used.
